With an awesome name like Wolfie this kid will no doubt be one seriously cool character. Cool as a cucumber in fact and so content in his own company that he made my job a breeze.
Wolfie spent a good portion of our time together holding his own hand. And there’s probably something to learn from that - the ability to hold your own hand and just roll with life. All around him was the buzz of life and love. And he just snoozed on, all the happier for it.
Big sister Peppy was more wary of my interruption. That’s not unusual for an oldest child of course, as they adjust to a new arrival and the inevitable upheaval that brings. She was most relaxed snuggled in tight with mum and dad and that’s exactly where she aught to be.
I love seeing the way families grow and morph and adjust. Little ones getting used to be the slighter “bigger ones” and parents growing accustomed to their expanding hearts.
Annie and Daniel - thank you for sharing your morning and your beautiful family with me. It was truly my pleasure and I hope you love these images from our time together.
